James (Jamie) Stevenson has 25 years of financial services and management consultancy expertise, as well as having held various senior executive positions. The experience has involved managing diverse teams, in multiple locations and differing time zones. This includes experience in China, South East Asia, Emerging Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Russia.
Mr Stevenson has been responsible for managing the execution of various corporate acquisitions and the integration of businesses post acquisition. Mr Stevenson has previously advised certain emerging market governments, central banks and clearinghouses.
Mr. Stevenson’s most recent roles were corporate restructuring and refinancing in the United States and Mainland China, investigating and unwinding Sino/US joint ventures, as well as Senior Advisor roles for various consulting businesses. Mr. Stevenson is a member of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom.
