Litigation in China is complex and fraught with pitfalls.
While we are not a Law firm, and are not licensed or approved to provide legal advice, we can effectively assist you with the practical handling of litigation and arbitration. We can also assist you to filter and select arbitration panel members. In addition, we can cooperate with your lawyers (in house or external counsel) to investigate complex matters and obtain evidence acceptable to the Chinese courts.
While the judicial system has begun to improve in China's first tier cities, our clients' businesses are not simply limited to those areas, and in many cases are actually outside of those first tier cities.
